Very Rare Staff Wrapping No One Believes I Have :D

I know about the dmg mod always items with no drawbacks, but there are probably more. I also know about the pre patch sup vigor that gives +80 health and looks like a minor rune. |

Alright, just wondering: are you taking any item trades? Can you give a more detailed description of the item name when you use the wrapping? Does it just add of and make the suffix blank?

I heard from one of the alpha testers that Anet removed many of them because they werent supposed to excist (dunno if this is true). However I have not seen one or heard of anyone having one since release week.
